I can’t get ahold of anyone. The phone number disconnected, saying everyone was busy. The national number did the same. I can’t make an appointment because I can’t find anyone to speak to. And I can’t find out what documents I have to gather because it isn’t clear online and I can’t get ahold of anyone. And every time you call, you have to listen to a few minutes of an unhelpful message, which wastes our time. I can’t spend all day calling, hoping to eventually get through after listening to that message over and over.
